LaLineaRent is an information and directory platform for rental properties in La Linea de la Concepcion, Spain. We do not act as an estate agent (agencia inmobiliaria), landlord, or property manager. We connect landlords and tenants by publishing listing information.

All transactions, agreements, and disputes relating to properties are solely between landlords and tenants. LaLineaRent is not a party to any rental agreement.

3. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this site is accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing or guide. Property details are provided by landlords and have not been independently verified.

Information about Spanish rental law and cross-border tax matters is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute legal or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

4. Property listings

By submitting a property listing, you confirm that:

• You are the property owner or have authority to list the property
• All information provided is accurate and not misleading
• The property is legally available for rent under Spanish law
• You comply with all applicable Spanish housing regulations (LAU and regional legislation)
• You have the required energy efficiency certificate (certificado energetico) if legally required

We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion, without notice, if it breaches these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

5. User conduct

You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission
• Interfere with the operation of the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site

6. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including guides, design, and editorial text, is owned by LaLineaRent and may not be reproduced without permission. Property descriptions and photos submitted by landlords remain the property of the submitter.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cadiz province, Spain.
