Sobrevela

Sobrevela sits between Centro and Poniente, a residential barrio that benefits from the proximity of both without quite having the defining character of either. It is a neighbourhood of straightforward apartment blocks and quiet streets, popular with families and longer-term residents who want to be close to the city's amenities without living in the busiest parts of the centre.
